Ok for the last 2 days ive seen tons of people just picking partyhats up off the ground and ive seen some NON donators say theve dropped them. Are we trying to make the unrare? or has someone abused a glitch and duped one an dropped tons..
Ill list any players duping and dropping if this is illegal^
