They do not count range because it is untrainable?

No, Range does not count as a Combat skill in RuneScape. I've got no idea if its coding gone wrong, or Jagex (along with NightmareRH) hate the hippy rangers. Even if you had 99 everything in RS2 but 1 range, you would be level 138.
